Product overview
For the Raspberry Pi High Quality Camera with M12 mount, Raspberry Pi recommends three M12 lenses manufactured by Gaojia Optotech. The lenses differ in focal length, aperture, field of view and supported resolution, allowing the camera system to be adapted to different imaging tasks.
Variants

8mm: up to 12MP, 1/1.7-inch image format, F1.8 aperture, HQ Camera field of view approx. 49° horizontal × 36° vertical (62° diagonal)

25mm: up to 5MP, 1/2-inch image format, F2.4 aperture, HQ Camera field of view approx. 14.4° horizontal × 10.9° vertical (17.9° diagonal)

Fish Eye: up to 15MP, 1/2.3-inch image format, F2.5 aperture, HQ Camera field of view approx. 140° horizontal × 102.6° vertical (184.6° diagonal)
Compatibility
All variants use an M12 mount and are intended for use with the M12-mount version of the Raspberry Pi High Quality Camera. The camera itself is not included with the lens.
Applications
Depending on the variant, the lenses are suitable for machine vision, industrial imaging, surveillance, documentation, telephoto imaging, wide-angle and fish-eye applications, and custom camera systems.
