CM4S08016 (Compute Module CM4S, 8GB RAM /16GB eMMC)
Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4S (CM4S) as a system-on-module for embedded and industrial applications. A compatible SO-DIMM carrier board is required for operation.

Typical applications
The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4S is suitable for industrial control systems, embedded devices and volume products, especially as an upgrade option for existing Compute Module 3 designs. The compatible SO-DIMM form factor allows existing hardware to be reused while providing increased processing performance and memory capacity. Separating the compute module and carrier board enables flexible adaptation to project-specific interfaces and requirements.

Cables and power supplies must comply with applicable standards in the country of use. Operate in a well-ventilated environment; avoid contact with conductive objects during operation.

Qualified 1GB RAM devices: Rayson RS256M32LZ4D2BNP-62BT, Rayson RS256M32LN4D2ANR-53BT, Winbond W66DP2RQQAHJ. Introduction of the new components from February 2026; all variants remain in production after the implementation date.
