The Raspberry Pi IO Case for Compute Module 5 (SC1753) is a two-piece metal enclosure designed for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 used with the Compute Module 5 IO Board. It protects the assembly while retaining access to the key connectors and expansion options of the IO Board.
An integrated controllable fan supports thermal regulation in higher-power applications. The enclosure also provides space for accessories connected to the IO Board, such as an M.2 SSD or a PoE+ HAT+.

Notes
The enclosure is intended for use with Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 and the Compute Module 5 IO Board. For reliable cooling, the case should be operated in a well-ventilated environment and should not be covered while in use. Metal parts may become hot during operation.
